·        Development of the optimal real estate partnership strategy and build out of the supporting partnership program.  Prism will act in a consultative capacity to assist clients evaluate the market opportunity, build their partnership program strategy, structure their initial Partnerships, and make recommendations to your company regarding the overall opportunity and approach;

·        Diagnostic reviews and optimization of existing partnerships (joint ventures, marketing agreements, etc.) and existing in-house mortgage operations to asses their strengths, weaknesses, and opportunities;

·        Broker the sale and/or liquidation of exiting in-house mortgage operations;

·        Develop new mortgage partnerships. This process includes partner identification and evaluation; deal negotiation and structuring; project management; and partnership setup and oversight;

·        Partnership contract reviews and structuring; and

·        Strategic business reviews of companies – personnel evaluation, succession planning, strategic planning, management routines, competitive positioning, financial reviews, customer retention strategies, corporate/asset liquidation strategies, market and competitive intelligence, etc.
